If you’ve been charged but haven’t received your items, don’t worry—follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check Your Receipt

A receipt is sent to your email address for every successful purchase made from receipt@aghanim.com.

No receipt? The payment may not have been completed successfully. Please contact our support team using the form below or the chatbot in the lower right corner 🙏

Step 2: Confirm Item Delivery

If you received a receipt, your purchase was processed successfully. Items are usually delivered instantly but may sometimes require a quick refresh: 

  • Close and restart the game app
  • Check your inventory or in-game inbox, depending on the instructions in your receipt
