Reward Points

Reward Points (RP) are a special benefit that users can earn when making purchases on the hub. These points can be redeemed to acquire exclusive items or to receive a discount on future purchases.

You earn Reward Points when you purchase items with real money in the hub’s store. During checkout, you’ll see how many RP you’ll receive for your purchase.

To collect these points, you’ll need to either create a checkout profile or log in to an existing one. This profile is linked to your email address. Be sure to use the correct email during checkout to ensure your points are properly credited and won’t be lost.

Here’s how you can check your RP balance:

• Click on an in-game item available for Reward Points in the hub store to proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll see your available RP in your checkout profile under the "Pay with" section.

• Log into your checkout profile, and you’ll see your Reward Points balance displayed right under your email.

Some common questions:

I made a purchase but didn’t get my Reward Points. What should I do?

• First, check if you were logged into your checkout profile when you made the purchase. You can verify this by going to your checkout profile and looking in the receipts menu. Your purchase should be listed there.
• Also, double-check the email you used during checkout. Reward Points are credited to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Are there any promo codes or discounts for items bought with Reward Points?— There aren’t any promo codes for RP right now.

How do I know which email was used to buy an item with Reward Points? —  You’ll get a receipt sent to the email address you used when you made the purchase.

Why can’t I buy an item with Reward Points? — It could be that you don’t have enough RP. If that’s the case, you’ll see a "Not enough points" message when you try to pay. You’ll need to collect more points to complete the purchase. Also, double-check that you’re using the correct email that’s linked to your Reward Points.

Why aren’t my Reward Points showing up in my checkout profile? — TThis could happen if you haven’t made any purchases with the email connected to your Checkout profile, or if your game hasn’t enabled RP for its players yet.
