Your Reward Points will update instantly on the Hub as long as you were logged into your checkout profile. You’ll stay logged in unless you log out or switch devices. 

If you weren’t logged into your checkout profile at the time of purchase

You can still access your Reward Points by following these steps: 

Reward Points Section in the Store

1. Log in by selecting any RP item in the Reward Points section of the Store and using the same email you used for the purchase.

2. After logging in, your Reward Points will link to your account. You can use them to buy items in the Store.
 

Apply a discount on a checkout

1. Go to the checkout page by selecting on any item in the Store and click “Log In” to create or access your profile.

2. After logging in, your Reward Points will link to your account. You can use them as a discount to your purchase.

You’ll receive a purchase receipt at the email you provided during checkout.

Q: Why can’t I buy an item with Reward Points?

This usually happens if you haven’t made any purchases with the email attached to your profile or if the game hasn’t enabled RP for its players yet.
