When you try to activate a promo code, you might see messages such as:
- “The coupon cannot be activated. Please check and try again.”
- “Coupon not found.”
- “Coupon was already used.”
- “Coupon doesn’t exist. Please check for typos and try again.”
These usually happen for one or more of the following reasons:
- The code has already been activated by you. Or, if the code had a limited number of uses, other players may have reached the maximum activations allowed.
- The coupon has expired. Many coupons only work for a limited time, so if yours is no longer valid, keep an eye out for new ones!
- The code was entered incorrectly. It’s easy to make a typo—double-check letters and numbers before redeeming.
- The code doesn’t apply to your purchase. Some coupons only work for specific items or bundles.
- The code is meant for another player. Certain codes are individual and won’t work on other players account.
