Types of promo codes

On the Hub, there are three types of promo codes you can redeem:

• Discount Coupons
• Bonus Coupons
• Coupons for Free Items

Make sure you know which type of coupon you have so you can follow the right steps.

Redeeming a free item

• Open ‘Redeem Code: In the Hub’s left-hand menu, choose “Redeem Code.” (You may also see other ways to get to this page, depending on the game).
• Enter the Code: Type your promo code in the field provided and click “Redeem.
• Check Your Item: After successful activation, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page, and your new item will appear in-game.

You might see a pop-up message or a highlight on your inventory icon once you log in - this varies by game.

Applying a discount or bonus coupon

• Go to Checkout: Select an item in the Hub store and proceed to the payment step.
• Enter Your Code: Look for the “Enter your code” box and type in your promo code.
• Review Your Updates: If it’s a discount, you’ll see the new price right away. If it’s a bonus coupon, any extra benefits will appear immediately in the payment summary.
