Refund Policy for Payments on Game Hub

At Aghanim Inc., we specialize in selling in-game items, often accompanied by unique discounts and bonuses. These items are delivered to your game immediately upon purchase. As such, all purchases are generally considered final.

However, we respect regional laws and honor cooling-off periods where applicable:

  • EU and UK Residents: You may cancel purchases within 14 days and receive a full refund if the content hasn’t been accessed (your “Cooling-Off Right”).
  • South Korea Residents: You may cancel purchases within 7 days for a full refund, provided the content hasn’t been accessed. Refunds may also be requested within three months of purchase or 30 days after discovering an issue if the content differs from its description or was delivered incorrectly.
  • Instant Access: Please note that If you choose to access content immediately or before the end of any cooling-off period, you forfeit your right to cancel and receive a refund. In other words, once you’ve used a purchased item in the game, it’s no longer eligible for a refund.

If you believe your payment method was used without your consent, please contact us support@aghanim.com or via chatbot in the lower right corner immediately. We will review and investigate the matter on a case-by-case basis.
