How Is My Store Country Determined?
When you first access the Game Hub, our system automatically assigns your store country based on several factors to ensure a seamless regional experience. This initial country setting is saved as your default.
If you use a payment method from a different country, you will be prompted to update your store country to match the payment method’s region. If you confirm the change, the new country setting will become your default for future purchases. |
How Do I Check My Current Store Country?
- Select the item you want to purchase.
- Proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page, your store country will be displayed as a grayed-out selection box.
Changing your country while paying with Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions:
When making a payment using these payment options the system verifies whether your payment method matches your current country settings. If you enter a card issued in a different country, you’ll be prompted to confirm a country change to match the card’s issuing country before proceeding.
If your country requires a billing address, it must match the country of your payment method for the transaction to be successful. |
Changing your country while using alternative payment methods:
A similar process applies to alternative payment methods: when you select one to use, the system will prompt you to update your country if the payment method’s associated country doesn’t match your current settings.
