How and when will I be billed?

Your billing cycle depends on the plan you choose when you make  first purchase.

Monthly vs. Yearly: Monthly plans are billed once every month, while yearly plans are billed once per year.
Billing Date: You are billed on the same day each cycle, starting from the date you first subscribed.
Receipts: A receipt is automatically sent to your email after every successful payment. 

What happens if my payment fails?

Don’t worry if a payment doesn't go through on the first try! Here is how we handle it:

Automatic Retries: We will automatically attempt to process the payment again over a set period of time depending on subscription settings.
Grace Period: You may have a grace period during which your benefits remain active until the new payment is processed.
Subscription Cancellation: If the payment remains unsuccessful after retry attempts, your subscription will be canceled.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, all subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period. This ensures you never lose access to your premium features. If you’d like to stop future charges, simply cancel your plan at any time before your next renewal date or before the trial ends.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

Continued Access: You will keep all your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Once your subscription expires, your card details will be saved in your checkout profile. This allows you to resubscribe with one click and pick up right where you left off. 🙌

Will I receive notification emails?

Absolutely! You will receive email notifications for:

• Successful payment confirmations and receipts.
• Alerts if a payment fails or requires your attention.
