Starting a subscription with a free trial 🎁

Some subscriptions on Game Hub include a free trial period, giving you the chance to explore premium features before any payment is charged.

How free trials work

When a trial is available, you’ll see it clearly marked on the subscription offer page before checkout.

To activate your trial:

• Select the subscription plan with the free trial option.
• Enter your email address on the checkout page.
• Add your debit/credit card or PayPal account.

Please note that your payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Logging In to an existing checkout profile

If you already have a checkout profile linked to your email address, the process is even faster.

• Quick Login: Enter your phone number to access your checkout profile.
• Verification Code: A secure verification code will be sent to your phone number. Enter the code to continue.

Once verified, your saved payment details will be available for use.

Creating a checkout profile

If this is your first subscription purchase, you’ll need to create a checkout profile.

During setup:

• Enter your phone number for future logins and verification.
• Save your preferred payment method securely for future renewals.

Starting your trial

After completing verification and confirming your details, click the “Subscribe” button. You’ll then be redirected to a confirmation page showing that your free trial has officially started.

What happens after the trial ends?

Once the trial period is over, your subscription will automatically continue using the payment method linked to your checkout profile unless canceled beforehand.

You’ll also receive confirmation emails containing:

• Your subscription details
• Trial information
• Payment receipts
• Instructions for managing or canceling your subscription
