What is the Progression Program? 

The Progression Program in Game Hub allows you earn Store Bonuses from eligible purchases and redeem them for exciting in-game items or currency available in the Progression Rewards Program. As you collect more Store Bonuses, additional rewards will gradually unlock for you to claim. Please note that each Progression Program is available for a certain cycle, and once the cycle ends, your Store Bonus balance and progress will reset to zero.


How to Log In and Earn Store Bonuses?

  • Login: Upon going into the Progression Program tab, you will be asked to log in with your User ID. This can be found in game in your profile. Once you are logged in, you will be able to start earning Store Bonuses for every successful purchase made in the Hub Store.
  • Make a purchase: When you buy items with real money in the Hub Store, you will see how much Store Bonus is earned next to the item, as well as at checkout.
  • Daily Rewards and Free Items: Claiming Daily Rewards and Free Items will also give you Store Bonus. 

How to Claim Store Bonuses?

  • View the Progression Program section: Look for the dedicated Progression Program tab on the left hand side. Certain game hubs may use a different name, but the style and progression will be the same.
  • To Claim: As you earn Store Bonuses, items will be available for you to claim upon earning the required amount of Store Bonus. The progression bar at the top shows how much Store Bonus you have earned, and how much more is needed to unlock the next reward item.

Timer for Store Bonuses

  • Timer: Each Progression Program typically operates on a monthly time limit. Once the timer reaches zero, the Store Bonus counter will reset and start the next Store Bonus event.
  • Items not claimed after time has expired: Please remember to claim your rewards as they become available. Items may change from event to event. If an item is not claimed after the timer has ended, the item will be lost.
