Loyalty Program

Loyalty Program is exclusively available on Game Hub and applies to purchases made on Game Hub store since the program's launch. Purchases made before the program's release or outside of Game Hub do not count towards your progress.

What is the Loyalty Program?

Loyalty Program is a special rewards system developed for players on Game Hub. If the loyalty program is activated for your game, it will be available to all logged-in users on Game Hub. Once you log in, you will see a progress bar that fills up when you make purchases. To earn your first loyalty points, simply make any purchase in the Game Hub store. Each purchase brings you closer to the next level of Loyalty Program, and upon reaching a new level, you will receive in-game rewards.

How to Track Your Progress

You can view the list of available rewards by clicking on the icon for the corresponding level in Loyalty Program. To claim a reward, you should manually click the "Claim" button, which becomes active after you reach a certain level. Collecting rewards does not reset your progress in program.

Earning Loyalty Points

The number of loyalty points earned from each purchase is displayed on the payment page under the "Total Due" section. A brief overview of the current status of Loyalty Program and a button to access its page can be found beneath your avatar on Game Hub.

Important Notes

Please keep in mind that the balance of points resets at the end of the program. You will need to achieve new levels in any future program.
